Terms & Conditions:

1. Prices are per room per night and include Full continental breakfast and all taxes.
2. Please note that all payments made by CREDIT CARDS will attract a surcharge of 2% (4% for American Express cards).
3. Cancellation policy:You are able to cancel your booking up to 7 clear days before of your arrival date without incurring a charge. If you cancel within 7 days before of your arrival date, the first 2 nights of the total booking amount will be charged. In case of no show or cancellation on the date of arrival, the full value of the booking will be charged.
   
4. Children and extra beds: All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge. Maximum capacity of extra babycots in a room is 1. Extra baby cots are available upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
   
5. Check in time is any time after 13:30hrs to 22.00hrs. If guests will be arriving after 22.00hrs, please specify so that we can make necessary arrangements. If guests arrive before, we can offer to hold luggage at the hotel. Check out time on the date of departure is 10.30am.
   
6. If the room is not vacated by 12.00hrs on day of vacation, the customer will be subject to another night.
7. Parking without reservation will be charged at £5.00 per night and guests may be given a visitor voucher to park on the street.
   
8. Equally we offer the service to guests where we can hold luggage after 11:00am until the end of the day on the date of departure.
   
9. Your booking is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between the Anchor House Hotel and you.
   
10. You confirm that you have not entered into the contract with the Anchor House Hotel on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.
    
11. The Anchor House Hotel does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on the site.
    
12. The Anchor House Hotel does not accept liability for any loss either indirect or consequential that may arise from the use of or connected with the Anchor House Hotel web site or for any products or services purchased from the Anchor House Hotel web site.
    
13. Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to the Anchor House Hotel in writing or by email as soon as possible.
    
14. Any complaint regarding the hotel must be brought to the attention of the hotel management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to the Anchor House Hotel in writing.
    
15. Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation.
    
16. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
    
17. If our hotel reservation confirmations are used inappropriately as means of VISA application, an admin fee will be charged and the customer will be reported to the local authorities.

Privacy Policy

1. Personal information collected from you is used to fulfil your request for services or to send you confirmation details and if necessary to inform you of updates or changes to your travel plans.
   
2. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the privacy of the information provided to us and at no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the Internet.
   
3. The Anchor House Hotel does not modify, copy, distribute, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal file information.
   
4. The Anchor House Hotel will not seek or hold information about you which is excessive for its purposes and will endeavour to keep any information about you up to date and accurate.
   
5. The Anchor House Hotel will delete from its systems all details held about you which are no longer necessary and endeavour to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful use.
